meitan之hi noihuoeailiao xianwei Jiegou镁碳质耐火材料显微结构(mierostrueture ofmagnesia一earbon refraetories)由镁砂颗粒与炭素材料、结合荆、添加荆等构成的多相非均一型显微结构(见图)。在镁砂颗粒周边存在着由结合剂固化后所形成的膜。它们在镇破砖中形成框架，这种框架越完整镁碳砖的强度越高。在高温下这种膜碳化而生成结合碳。由于结合剂在固化与碳化时放出气体，在颗粒周边形成一些裂纹。石墨呈片状，分布于基质中。其颖粒大小对镁碳砖的扰氧化性等性质有影响。颗粒越大，抗氧化性越好。由于石墨呈鳞片状，在砖的成型过程中会垂直于压力方向取向，造成材料各向异性。添加剂常为Si、Al和SIC粉末。它们呈星点状均匀分布于荃质中，主要起提高镁碳砖的抗氧化性的作用.在高温下，它们与碳、氧等物质反应常伴随体积膨胀，可起到阻塞气孔的作用。镁砂质量对镁碳砖的性能也有很大影响。方镁石晶粒大、杂质含量低的镁砂制造的镁碳砖，抗侵蚀能 力强。一黝一 镁碳质耐火材料显微结构 (杨兴华)
