性质: 指在乳化过程中由W/O乳液(或由O/W)转变成O/W乳液(或转变成W/O乳液)。促使转相乳化的发生,最重要的因素是温度和相比,一般用来制备O/W的化妆品。利用温度促使相变时,叫做转相温度乳化法。制造O/W乳液时,向油相中缓缓地添加水相。最初生成的W/O乳液,随水相增加转变成O/W型,经转相过程生成的乳液,其粒子细而均匀。
