A new Er3+/Tm3+/Yb3+-codoped oxyhalide tellurite glass was prepared in this paper, thermal stability, Raman spectrum and up-conversion luminescence of Er3+/Tm3+/Yb3+-codoped oxyhalide tellurite glass were studied.
