性质:利用活塞往复运动抽吸气体以获得真空的泵。其构造和原理基本与往复式压缩机相同。但真空泵的压缩比很高,所抽吸气体的压强很小,故真空泵的余隙容积必须更小,排出和吸入阀必须更加轻巧灵活。为减小余隙的不利影响,气缸设有连通活塞左右两端的平衡气道。进气阀和排气阀多采用滑阀结构,而不用弹簧阀。一般采用干式操作。如气体中含有大量蒸汽,必须把蒸汽冷凝除掉之后再进入泵内,以获得高真空度。
