原料：塘虱鱼250克，岗稔子30克，生姜5片。
做法：岗稔子、生姜洗净；塘虱鱼活剖，去肠脏，洗净，下油锅爆至微黄。把全部用料放入锅，加清水适量，武火煮沸后，改文火煲2小时，调味即可饮汤食鱼。
功能：养血补肾，固崩止血。
主治：肾虚血少之无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血；症见阴道出血量多，经久不止，腰膝酸软，头晕眼花，夜多小便。
