性质:也称冲击改性剂或增韧剂。以提高塑料制品的抗冲击性为主要功能。一般为高分子聚合物,多用于聚氯乙烯硬制品或半硬制品。依组成分类,聚氯乙烯抗冲改性剂包括氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、丙烯酸酯类共聚物(ACR)等。其中MBS树脂的抗冲击性能显著,透明性好,并兼有加工改性作用,但耐候性差,多用于透明室内制品。ACR的综合性能优异,是聚氯乙烯型材、管材等户外制品的理想选择对象。除聚氯乙烯外,聚丙烯、聚酯、聚碳酸酯等制品的抗冲改性剂正在发展。
