【性状】
本品为无色的澄明液体。
【鉴别】
取本品适量，照盐酸苯海拉明项下的鉴别(1)、(3)、(4) 项试验，显相 同的结果。
【检查】
pH值 应为4.0 ～6.0 （附录Ⅵ H）。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【含量测定】
精密量取本品适量（约相当于盐酸苯海拉明20mg），置具塞锥形瓶 中，加水20ml，加氯仿50ml与稀硫酸5ml ，再加二甲基黄－溶剂蓝19混合指示液1ml,用 磺基丁二酸钠二辛酯试液滴定，至近终点时强力振摇，继续滴定至氯仿层由绿色转变为 红灰色；另精密称取盐酸苯海拉明对照品约20mg，照上述方法自“置具塞锥形瓶中”起 ，依法测定，根据二者消耗磺基丁二酸钠二辛酯试液的量(ml)的比值计算，即得。
