【来源】
为秋海棠科四季海棠的花、叶。
【植物形态】
四季海棠 秃净、肉质草本，高15～45厘米。根纤维状。茎直立，肉质，无毛，基部多分枝，绿色或淡红色。叶稍肉质，卵形或宽卵形，长5～8厘米，宽3.5～7.5厘米，先端急尖或钝，基部稍心形略偏斜，边缘有锯齿和睫毛，两面光亮，绿色，但主脉通常微红。花淡红或带白色，数朵聚生于腋生的总花梗上；雄花较大，直径约1～2厘米，花被片4；雌花稍小，花被片5。蒴果绿色，有红色的翅。花期4月至年底。 我国各地均有栽培。

全年可采。
