  复合材料混合法则rule of mixture从复合材料各组分性能分量计算复合材料相应性能的方法。为了估算单向纤维复合材料(或单层)的性能,人们常常借助于组分材料的性能、组分材料的几何排列和相应的体积含量,通过分析求解。这种分析计算常常很复杂。因而,要求提出一些简单、近似的方法。混合法则就是从组分性能估算复合材料性能的一种简单方法。估算结果和试验结果比较一致。 使用混合法则估算复合材料性能时,应满足下列前题:①复合材料宏观上是均质的,不存在内应力;②各组分材料是均质的各向同性(或正交异性)及线弹性;③各组分材料之间粘结牢固,无孔隙。 用于计算连续纤维复合材料纵向弹性模量EL的棍合法则为 EL~Ef歼十百nl(1一科)式中Ef、百n刀分别为纤维、基体的纵向弹性模量,铸为纤维的体积分数。 用于计算连续纤维或不连续纤维复合材料主泊松比姚T的混合法则为 夕LT=战Tf环+夕LTm(1一环)式中姚Tf和战、分别为纤维和基体的主泊松比,认为纤维的体积分数。 (张晓明)
