治法。治血崩三法之一。见清·萧赓六 《女科经纶·卷七》引方约之语。即止血之法。暴崩之际，急当止血防脱，一般采用固气摄 血法。急煎服独参汤、生脉散、参附汤。以人参大补元气、摄血固脱，附子回阳救逆，麦冬 养阴宁心，五味子益气生津、补肾养心、收敛固涩。若见四肢厥逆、脉微欲绝等症，则于 生脉散中加附子、去麦冬；或用参附汤加炮姜炭。同时针刺人中、合谷、灸百会。血势不减 者，宜输血急救。可参治血崩三法条。
