]一ooluoxuon ehenban角螺旋衬板(angle一spiral liner)全称为圆角方形组合断面螺旋分级衬板。这种磨机衬板是20世纪70年代由奥地利的瓦格纳一比罗(wagne卜Biro)公司研制的。角螺旋衬板有直边形(带圆角的正方形)和大弧边形两种结构型式。 为了平衡磨机转动时研磨介质的脉冲冲击力,将相邻两圈衬板转过一个角度,称为转角。转角一般取120一22.犷,这样从整体上看,磨机筒体内表面形成-个四头螺旋。直边形角螺旋衬板的结构断面如图1所督 图1直边形角螺旋衬枚结刊断面示意图 1一支架;2一筒体:3一衬板沮一弹性底板示。这种衬板构造很复杂,安装、拆卸都比较困难。大弧边角螺旋衬板的断面如图2所示。它是介于圆形和圆角方形之间的过渡型式。份 图2大弧边角螺旋衬板断面形状角螺旋衬板的工作特点是,当磨机筒体旋转时研磨介质被圆角部分提升到一定高度,然后在直角边(或大弧边)“瀑布”般地泻落下来;如此周而复始,磨机每旋转一周,每一筒体断面上将发生四次间歇的“瀑布”冲击运动。这样设计的目的是为了集中大多数研磨介质,使其短时间内作用于被磨物料,以利于物料的破裂。由于直边形衬板的瞬时冲击力过猛,虽然利用转角法以均衡此脉冲力引起的电机负荷不均,但实际生产中影响仍较大;由此将直角边改为大弧边以缓和脉冲冲击。 球磨机或水泥磨机的球磨仓安装角螺旋衬板后,与使用普通衬板对比,其产量有所提高,电耗有所降低;但是角螺旋衬板类型多、构造复杂、安装及拆卸都较困难,而且不适于短筒型磨机。由于角螺旋衬板的综合经济效益并不明显,故不易推广应用。 (陈炳辰韩文正)
