This paper presents an automatic programming EDM engraving system,which gets the entire information of the mechanical parts chart by reading DXF files,then builds the section contour line of the solid model with the strategy of slicing,and then interpolates the contour line according to the requirement of precision.
电火花雕刻加工的图形自动编程系统,以DXF图形交换文件的零件图实体信息输入,采用分层去除策略生成实体的截面轮廓线,并对截面轮廓线进行插补以达到零件的加工精度要求,经过工艺分析和处理,自动生成NC代码并进行加工仿真,检查加工干涉和程序路径的正确性。
