5 phr resorcinol,and with rapid accelerator NS,the scorch time and the cure time extended,the mo-dulus at 100% and 300% of vulcanizate increased slightly,the tear strength after heat aging test and the H pull out force increased greatly,and the pollution and toxicity of resorcinol were also avoided.

The results showed that the t_(10)and t_(90)of rubber compound extended a little by using superfine active kaolin partly instead of carbon black in inner ply and outer ply compounds,and the physical properties of vulcanizate and H pull-out after aging changed little;the endu-rance of finished tire improved and the cost of rubber compound reduced.
结果表明,在内层和外层帘布胶中以超细活性高岭土部分替代炭黑后,胶料的t10和t90稍有延长,硫化胶的物理性能及老化后H抽出力基本相当;成品轮胎耐久性能提高,胶料成本降低。

The results showed that the scorch time extended,the curing speed reduced,the anti-reversion improved,and the better tensile,elongation and tear properties were obtained using TBSI instead of TBBS by equal weight in the upper bead filler compound;and the scorch time extended,t_(90) reduced,the permanent tensile set decreased and the H pull-out changed little using 1 phr of TBSI instead of 1.
在胎体胶配方中以 1份促进剂TBSI替代 1 2 5份促进剂DZ ,胶料的焦烧时间延长 ,t90 缩短 ,硫化胶的拉断永久变形减小 ,H抽出力相当。

The results showed that when compared to the dry cobalt decanoate,the wet cobalt decanoate gave NR vulcanizate higher H pull-out force,lower H pull-out force loss after hot air aging and brine aging and similar physical properties.
结果表明,与干法工艺生产的癸酸钴相比,采用湿法工艺生产的癸酸钴可提高NR硫化胶的H抽出力,经热空气老化和盐水老化后硫化胶的H抽出力下降率较小,其它物理性能基本相当。
5)  H pull-out

The anti-reversion and the H pull-out of vulcanizate after brine aging improved,the heat build-up decreased and the curing efficiency .
以促进剂TBSI减量替代促进剂DZ,可以提高胶料的抗硫化返原性能和盐水老化后的钢丝抽出力,降低胶料生热,提高轮胎的硫化效率。
