性质:也称炼厂气。炼油厂各产气装置的产率与组成,随装置所处理的原料、生产方案及工艺技术条件的不同而变化。炼油厂产气的二次加工过程主要有:催化裂化、热裂化、延迟焦化、催化重整、加氢裂化等。催化裂化气体中含有大量C3和C4烯烃,并有一定量异丁烷,是烷基化油的主要原料。热裂化含有一定的C3、C4烯烃,一般作为叠合的原料。重整气体中含有大量氢气,可作加氢氢源。延迟焦化干气中烯烃含量少,是制氢的原料。加氢裂化气体中异丁烷含量高,是烷基化原料。
