性质: 一般是指无固定与集中的排放口或排放点,在一定区域面积内广泛分布的污染源对环境造成的污染。例如农田灌溉或雨水地面径流中农药、氯、磷等污染物对水环境的污染,酸雨的污染,工业生产无组织排放对大气环境的污染等。排放废气的低矮点源(高度<15m),当其分布较密集时,通常也划归面源。
