性质:指碳纤维原丝在碳化前须经的预氧化过程,在沥青基称作稳定化。以聚丙烯腈原丝的预氧化为例,要在200~400℃的空气中,在适当张力下经历分子链的环化、交联、脱氢、氧化等一系列的复杂反应,使它转化成热稳定并具有半导体电阻值的吡啶环梯形结构,其耐热性、抗燃性和导电性等均有所提高。设备连续化为主,也有少量间歇炉。连续化炉体结构有两类:立式和卧式。立式较先进,特点是导辊置于炉内的分不同温度区间,上下垂直导丝,有利于减少预氧化过程产生的挥发性焦油沉积于纤维表面影响质量,并避免卧式装置温度的起落,可节能,但材质要求高。卧式炉特点是导辊置于炉外,丝束沿横向在不同温区上下运行。
