性质:又称奋乃静醋酯,醋哌氯丙嗪,乙酰哌啡纳嗪,乙酰奋乃静,醋酰奋乃静。液体,沸点214~218℃(13.3Pa),在乙醚、氯仿中溶解,在水中不溶。其二盐酸盐为白色或微黄色结晶性粉末。熔点228~232℃。微臭,味苦,在水中易溶,在丙酮中溶解,在乙醇中略溶,在乙醚中几乎不溶。其双马来酸盐为晶体(甲醇/乙醇)。熔点167~169℃。由奋乃静为原料制得。为吩噻嗪类中枢抑制药,作用与氯丙嗪相似,有安定作用,也有镇吐作用。适用于精神分裂症,尤对妄想型精神分裂症效果更好,疗效优于奋乃静。制剂为片剂。
