   由电子给体分子与电子受体分子形成的络合物。又称电子给体受体络合物。碘溶解在苯中,失去碘分子的正常紫色,说明碘分子和苯分子间形成了电荷转移络合物,其中苯是电子给体,碘是电子受体。如果用D表示电子给体,A表示电子受体,由D和A形成电荷转移络合物可用下式表示:
