性质:指处于浸灰阶段及已完成浸灰操作的皮。浸灰在碱性介质中进行(通常使用石灰和硫化钠),浸灰后的皮呈碱膨胀状态,皮胶原纤维束被充分分离,皮内的油脂大都被皂化除去,皮上的毛亦被去掉,皮面白净,应无表皮及残毛存留。
