性质:将丁基橡胶进行氯化,制得氯化丁基橡胶。氯化是在特定的卤化反应器中,同时通入丁基橡胶的烷烃溶液和氯气,生成氯化丁基橡胶,控制其含氯量在1.1%~1.3%,再经分离、中和等工序得到成品氯化丁基橡胶。丁基橡胶氯化后,与其他橡胶的共混性和粘接性大为改善,硫化速度大大提高,特别适用于制造无内胎轮胎的内密封层。
