One integrated technology including sediment aerating,sediment stabilization and indigenous bacteria stimulation was carried out to control the black-odors of heavily polluted tidal rivers in Pearl River Delta Area.

Effects of chemical agents on the overlying water during in-situ sediment treatment;

The study was made on the sludge stabilization effect at different solid retention time (SRT), dewatering performance of digested sludge, variation in pH values, and kinetic decay coefficient (K_d).

With the intermittent operating method,the influence of feed sludge concentration,agitation velocity,aeration and solid retention time(SRT) on sludge stability was investigated,and the effectiveness of sludge stability and harmlessness was evaluated,simultaneously,the dewatering function and pH were detected and analyzed.

In the light of the influence on the factors such as the strength and altitude in the road construction of the gravel subbase with cement stabilization,this article proposes the measures of controlling the subgrade quality,mixing quality,water content of the mixed materials,delay time of operation,maintenance conditions and loose paving coefficients,etc.
