In this paper,heavy slags was vitrified by the molten method and the direct vitrify technology respectively,the optimum vitrify technology was ascertained,and the property of the vitrify material was characterized.

性质: 无定型物质的玻璃态和液态之间的转变。对于聚合物来说是非晶聚合物的玻璃态与高弹态之间的转变。玻璃化转变也发生于结晶聚合物的非晶区中。发生玻璃化转变的温度称为玻璃化温度,以Tg表示,是高聚物的特征温度。它是非晶态热塑性塑料使用温度的上限,是橡胶使用温度的下限。玻璃化转变对聚合物性能尤其是力学性能变化很大,非晶聚合物的模量可产生3~4个数量级的变化。
