性质:用原药、有机溶剂、服化剂等助剂,经溶解、混合而配成的透明的均相溶液。加水后,迅速变成均相的乳状液(亦称乳剂)。乳油分三种状态。(1)可溶性乳油。乳油用水稀释后,形成的透明的真溶液;(2)溶胶状乳油。乳油用水稀释后形成的半透明淡蓝色溶胶状溶液,油珠一般在0.1nm以上。当油珠小于0.005μm,甚至小于可见光波长的1/4(小于120nm),肉眼观察时呈透明溶液状,称为透明乳剂或微乳剂;(3)乳浊状乳油。乳油用水稀释后形成的白色不透明乳浊液,油珠直径在1~10μm。乳油有效成分含量一般在20%~60%,有的高达98%或低至0.5%。要求乳油冷热贮藏不变质,200倍的稀释液,1h之内上无乳油层,下无沉淀。
