   形态特征:十字花科芸苔属二年生草本植物,高30-40厘米。基生叶多数,大型,倒卵状矩圆形至宽倒卵形,长30-60厘米,边缘波状,皱缩,中脉宽,白色,扁平,宽2-8厘米。茎生叶矩圆形至长披针形。花黄色,长角果粗短,长3-6厘米。种子球形至圆锥状球形,直径1-1.5毫米,褐色。 
   生境分布:原产于我国华北,现各地均栽培。 
   用途:为东北、华北地区冬、春季重要蔬菜。
