疮疡辨痒
疮疡辨痒 疮疡诊法之一。痒是指发生在皮肤上不适的感觉。见《医宗金鉴》卷六十一。根据疮疡发展的不同阶段古代医籍记载疮疡见痒可有以下几种情况： ①凡肿疡初起，皮肤患处即见作痒者，为风热相搏；②如溃后作痒者，轻由脓沤，甚则由疮口感受风邪所致；③抓破之后作痒有津水者，属脾湿，津血者为脾燥；④如病势近愈，疮口将敛作痒者，为血气渐充，以示肌肉生长，其痒如虫行者为善。
