To simulate ammonia corrosion process of copper tubes in the air removal section of condenser in power plant,immersion tests of copper tube samples are conducted in ammonia solutions with ammonia 50～20000 mg/L,at temperatures 25℃、35℃ and 45℃ respectively.

By studying on the lubricity,adhesion,anti-heating and removing properties of the studied lubricants,a new high-speed cold drawing and heavy viscosity oil for copper tubes was developed,which avoids to produce harmful oil-smog,prevents copper tubes from being spoiled and ensures copper tubes have excellent surface quality.
