冷气   病证名。脏腑之气与寒冷相搏所致的疾患。《诸病源候论·冷气候》:“夫藏气虚,则内生寒也。气常行府藏,府藏受寒冷,即气为寒冷所并,故为冷气。其状或腹胀,或腹痛,甚则气逆上而面青手足冷。”《圣济总录·诸气门》:“冷气者,因寒冷搏于气所为也。”证见呼吸少气,胁肋刺痛,皮肤拘急,恶寒战栗,百节酸疼,咳嗽声嘶,膈脘否塞。方用沉香丸等。参见气病条。
