tongJ旧gkuang hunnie铜协价昆捏(k neading of Coppe:coneer，trate) 铜精矿加水搅拌和挤捏以提高铜炉料粘性的铜炉料炼前准备作业。制得的混捏铜炉料专供密闭鼓风炉炼铜之用。 根据铜精矿的颗粒性状调节水分，要求以最少的加水量达到最大限度地排除精矿颗粒间的空隙。加水后通过搅拌和挤捏，促进铜精矿矿粒的有效表面润湿和矿粒间的紧密接触，产出能满足密闭鼓风炉炼铜要求的混捏料。混捏作业是保证熔炼炉口严格密封和混捏料团结的重要条件。 合格铜精矿混捏料的水分含量为“%生5环，如果密闭鼓风炉与选矿场毗邻，可考虑控制浮选精矿的脱水程度来满足这一要求。在一般情况下，铜精矿混捏作业要加入水分。也有加石灰乳来提高混捏料的凝固力的，但此举会引出粘结料斗和夹带块料的弊病。此外，由于石灰乳带入CaO，减少石灰石用量，而降低炉料的块料率。 混捏机类似建材工业或陶瓷工业常用的混合机械。根据铜精矿的原始性质和条件，大体可用下列三种设备:双轴搅拌机，出口端加一段变径绞刀的单轴搅拌机，在第二种的基础上再加上一段挤压成条的装置 (李钓陶)
