性质: (一)又称造核剂或核剂。添加于不完全结晶树脂中,旨在增加晶核数目,缩短结晶时间,提高结晶密度并使晶粒结构微细化和均一化,最终改善制品的物理机械性能(如刚度、光泽、热变形性和透明度等),并提高生产效率。晶粒结构的相似性和高结晶温度是选择成核剂的两个基本因素。能够起成核作用的物质很多,但商品化成核剂一般包括无机成核剂(如超细滑石粉、钛白粉、硅酸镁等)、有机成核剂(如高级脂肪酸皂类、亚苄基山梨醇类、苯甲酸盐类、磷酸酯盐类及有机染料等)和高分子成核剂(高熔点聚合物)。其中尤以有机成核剂最为重要。以改善透明性为主要目的的成核剂也称成核透明剂或透明剂。(二)对内潜影型照相乳剂来说是一类灰化剂,它选择灰化未曝光区的内潜影卤化银颗粒,促使卤化银颗粒在表面集合,适用于直接正性材料,特别适用于影像扩散法或影像转移法的彩色材料。常用的核化剂有取代的二苯甲烷类、取代的芳胺乙烯类、杂环季铵盐类。添加在涂布前的内潜影乳剂中,经曝光显影可得直接正像。
