[原料/调料]
清曲酱100g﹐豆腐1块﹐白菜泡菜200g﹐牛肉50g﹐青椒3个﹐葱1棵﹐蒜3块﹐ 辣椒面2小勺﹐盐﹐淘米水3杯
[制作流程]
(1) 把豆腐分半﹐切成1cm大小﹐白菜泡菜切成3-4cm宽。青椒切后去子。牛肉也切成丝并与葱﹑蒜拌好。
(2) 在沙锅里放3杯水﹐再放牛肉和泡菜煮熟。
(3) 煮一会儿冲清曲酱﹐并放上青椒和豆腐煮一会儿﹐用辣椒面和盐调味。
- 把萝卜切薄或泡好的香菇放进去更好。
