内裂

nel}ie内裂(internal。raek)钢材内部缺陷之一,表现为在酸浸低倍试样上非因缩孔、非金属夹杂、气泡造成的不同形态的内部裂缝,是裂缝内较少或完全没有夹杂物的晶间开裂,多发生在高碳钢和高合金钢中,集中在铸锭中心处的内裂叫轴心晶间裂纹,由于不接触空气,内壁未氧化,又无偏析夹杂,热加工时采用大压缩比可能焊合。轴心晶间裂纹是由铸锭凝固时体积收缩引起的中心处受拉而产生的热裂纹。产生内裂的其他原因有:(l)钢中氢含量高,热加工后冷却时析出,又来不及扩散到表面,产生很大压力,与相变应力共同作用,而形成内裂,这种内裂称为白点。(2)锭坯装炉温度过高,升温太快。快速加热会使高速钢等导热性差的材料,因内外温差大、热应力过高而产生内裂,直至爆成碎块。(3)锭坯内外温度不均。热加工时锭坯外部温度高易变形而延伸大,内部温度低难变形而延伸小,导致内部因受拉应力过大而拉裂。材料其他部位加热温度不均、延伸不一致,也会产生裂纹。(4)高碳及高合金钢因加热温度过高而产生过热组织,晶粒粗大,晶界氧化,塑性加工时工件将沿晶界开裂。(5)塑性加工时变形速度过高,会使一些低塑性材料发生脆性破裂。(6)不锈钢、耐热钢中y相与a相同时存在,当两种相的比例不当,如a相超过30%或在相变温度以下塑性变形时,易在两相分界面上产生裂纹。(7)马氏体合金钢和高碳不锈弹簧钢,因合金元素高,等温转变C曲线显著右移,空冷时即可发生马氏体相变,形成很大内应力而产生内裂纹。热处理淬火因冷速过大,冷却不均和内应力过大易产生淬火裂纹。 (崔峰)
