    丁二酰亚胺为白色或淡黄色片状或斜方双锥体晶体,略带甜味。熔点125-127℃;沸点285-290℃(稍分解)。相对密度d164=1.412,pK=9.5。1g丁二酰亚胺可分别溶于3ml水、0.7ml沸水、24ml乙醇和5ml60℃乙醇中,但不溶于醚和氯仿。与氢氧化钠溶液反应成盐。
    用途;丁二酰亚胺主要用于合成氯代丁二酰亚胺(NCS)和溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBS)。
