性质:含一定量的氧、氮、碳、硅、铁及其他元素杂质的α相钛。具有优良的冲压工艺性能,好的焊接性能,对热处理及组织类型不敏感,在令人满意的塑性条件下具有一定的强度。工业纯钛是按照杂质元素的含量划分等级的。它的强度主要取决于间隙元素氧、氮的含量。它在海水中具有高的抗腐蚀性能,但在无机酸中较差。一般用于制造在-253~350℃温度下工作的、受力不大的各种板材零件或锻件,也可制造铆钉线材和管材。
