性质:是靛蓝(C.I.还原蓝 1)的隐色体硫酸酯。浅绿色粉末。能溶于水、乙醇。遇浓硫酸呈蓝绿色。稀释之产生黄绿色沉淀,制法:将隐色靛蓝与氯磺酸、吡啶进酯化即得。染棉用中性或弱碱性浴,染羊色则用弱酸性溶液进行,由氧化剂在低温下使这显色,均得海军蓝至红光海军蓝色,用于羊毛,宜染线色的达到均匀染色,不适于染深色。坚牢度与靛蓝同。
