性质:一种间断生产聚氨酯硬质泡沫复合板材的工艺。常用有压机注射法及垂直式复合板材成型法。前法是从发泡机混合头出来的原料,通过模具的注入孔注入模具空腔,模具空腔内已事先安放了面材,发泡熟化后从模具中取出板材;后法是从发泡机打出来的原料,通过软质料管沿板材长度方向来回移动。每移动一次,增加一定高度的泡沫,直到顶部。后一种方法主要用于制造大型的较厚的板材。
