(1)柴鱼酱油 1大匙

糖 1/2大匙

乌醋 1/2小匙

麻油 1小匙

白芝麻 1/2小匙

(2)盐 1/3小匙

糖 1/3小匙

(3)沙拉 1小匙

(4)油、太白粉 各1小匙

制作:

(1)将牛蒡切丝泡水,去除涩味,沥乾水份备用;肉丝加上调味料(4)拌匀,过油备用。

(2)起油锅,以中火炒牛蒡丝,加上肉丝及调味料(1),等水份收乾即可放入便当内。

(3)虾用油,加两片蒜片煎熟,再撒上一些盐,起锅後放入便当中,再淋上沙拉即可。

(4)菠菜洗净,用热水川烫至熟,捞起拌调味料(2),再加点香油即可。

(5)将白饭铺入便当内,上面装饰3颗青豆,这个便当就大功告成了。
