性质:石油炼厂处理炼厂气的操作。炼厂气是C1~C5气体的混合物,需分离成适宜的单体烃或馏分后才能用作烷基化、叠合的原料或其他石油化工原料。首先把炼厂气加压至1~2MPa,磅入油吸收分离系统,大部分C3~C5组分被吸收油吸收,然后再从吸收油中蒸馏出来得到C3~C4液化气和轻汽油。未吸收部分是炼厂干气,其中主要组分是甲烷、乙烷和氢气,一般作为燃料使用。根据进一步加工的需要,把液化空气中的硫化物和水分脱除,同时依次精馏分离出碳三液化和碳四液化气或单体烃。
