性质:高温腐蚀的一种类型。主要发生在石油加氢、裂解等钢制装置中。高温高压下,气相中氢以氢原子形式渗入钢中,与钢中的碳结合生成甲烷,造成钢表层脱碳,使强度、塑性降低,严重时导致表面鼓泡或开裂。碳钢的抗氢腐蚀性能随钢中碳含量升高而降低;含有少量钛、铌、钒、钼等与碳有较强结合能力的元素的低合金钢,有较好的抗氢腐蚀能力。
