      用砂磨辊使织物表面产生一层短绒毛的整理工艺,又称磨毛。磨毛织物具有厚实、柔软而温暖等特性,可改善织物的服用性能。变形丝或高收缩涤纶的针织物或机织物磨毛后,能制成一种仿麂皮绒织物;以超细合成纤维为原料的基布,经过浸轧聚氨酯乳液和磨毛,是制造人造麂皮的基本工艺。磨毛是利用金刚砂皮包裹的砂磨辊高速旋转,由砂粒的尖端将织物中纱线表面的纤维勾出并磨成绒毛。砂磨辊的砂粒大小、织物组织规格和操作条件要密切配合。例如,平纹织物如经纬密度均衡,磨毛时,由于纬纱与砂粒运动方向成90°,而经纱与砂粒运动方向平行,纬纱容易受到磨损,宜选用较细的砂粒和较低的张力,使织物与砂粒接触较轻。对于经纱密度高且屈曲波高大的府绸等类织物,砂粒与经纱的接触机会较纬纱多,磨毛时宜用较粗的砂粒和较大的张力,使织物与砂粒接触较重。同理,的斜纹织物比的斜纹织物容易磨毛。磨毛机有多辊或单辊两种。多辊式通常有 5只砂磨辊,每只砂磨辊都能单独驱动和正反向转动,并在砂磨辊前后装有与织物接触的张力调节辊。单辊式是由1只砂磨辊与1只橡胶压辊组成,可调节橡胶压辊的位置,控制织物与砂磨辊的接触情况。运转时砂磨辊内通以冷水,使磨毛时摩擦所生的热量及时散掉。磨毛的质量以绒毛的短密和均匀程度为主要指标。
