性质:即生物材料经丙酮处理制成的丙酮干粉。在生物制品制备之前,将组织材料剔净、切碎后投入约4倍体积的冷丙酮中,在-30℃匀浆,以防止组织自溶和蛋白质(酶)失活。丙酮可与水任意混合,而且是良好的脂溶剂,有脱水、脱脂的作用,可溶解、破坏细胞膜结构,提高某些细胞内容物稳定性,降低蛋白质溶解度而使之聚沉。然后离心得沉淀物,低温干燥即成丙酮粉。丙酮粉经真空蒸馏除去丙酮后用于进一步分离、纯化和制备蛋白质、酶等。生物材料做成丙酮粉的另一个优点是减少体积,便于贮存和运输。
