性质:又称烧结氧化铝,烧结刚玉或半融氧化铝。用粉末冶金方法制得的铝和氧化铝弥散强化型合金材料。一般含有1%~30%Al2O3。是一种典型的低温耐热材料。铝经熔炼、雾化、机械破碎、通入氧气球磨、压制成形(压力为0.25GPa)、在氢气中烧结、热挤压(500~600℃)、冷加工得烧结铝材。烧结铝的高温强度优于所有的普通铝合金,在500℃以下不发生软化,比重轻,导热性好,易切削加工,抗氧化性好,可用作内燃机活塞、热交换器和原子反应堆固体燃料的覆盖材料等。还可用于制造化工机械、飞机和导弹结构元件,发动机活塞和深井钻探的管材等。
