    白色结晶粉末。密度1.937g/cm3。溶于水,微溶于乙醇、苯、乙醚、浓氨等溶剂。在镍和铁催化剂存在下,真空中700℃c时分解为氰化钠、碳酸钠、二氧化碳和氯气。热水中容易水解,生成尿素、碳酸钠、碳酸铵。与酸作用时生成异氰酸。
