刺激正常肝细胞DNA合成，促进肝细胞再生，降低谷丙转氨酶，具保肝作用。调节机体免疫功能有免疫增强作用。本品为猪或小牛的肝细胞生长因数（ＨＧＦ），有明显的促进肝细胞ＤＮＡ的合成、促进肝细胞再生，能提高实验动物急性肝功能衰竭的存活率。临床多点验证，重型肝炎存活率显著提高，可达７０％左右，可重型慢性活动性肝炎的肝功能可有明显改善。
适应症：用于重症肝炎、慢性活动性肝炎等。
用法及用量：
重症肝炎:80～120mg，每日1次，静脉滴注。
慢性肝炎:40～80mg，每日1次，静脉滴注，一疗程为2～3个月。
肌注：２０ｍｇ／（次·日），直至临床病情基本缓解时为止。
不良反应： 偶可出现低热。
注意事项： 对本品过敏者禁用。成品变棕黄色后不能用。 偶有微热，未见明显的副反应。在病情缓解过程中发现伴有肝脏增大、甲胎蛋白增高的现象。
