  kuangwu dlanxing eed一ng矿物电性测定(measurement for eleetrieproperties of mineral)主要指矿物导电性能的测定。导电性常以电导率也即电阻率的倒数表示,或直接以电阻率表示测量矿物电阻率的常用方法有:仪友测量法和高压圆盘法两种。仪表测量法是对粗大颗粒的矿物(大于smm).在直流条件下,用细针探头的万用表、电位差计和数字欧姆表等联接组成的指示仪表进行直接测量。高压圆盘法可测不同温度粉末状矿物的比电阻,作出矿粉温度与比电阻的关系曲线。测量装置分为供电和测试两部分,最高电压60kV,最大电流ZomA,采用高压静电电压表和10一‘“A/min度的检流计一套,温度由电偶毫伏计自动调节,矿粉温度最高可达32oC。样品盘置于烘箱内的绝缘架上,高压电通过吊盘传至圆盘,测定时圆盘电极的电压线和镍铬丝的感应电压线以及主电极的电流线由穿过烘箱的绝缘管分别引至静电电压表及检流计上,即获得读数,计算公式为: VF p一了万式中尸为矿粉比电阻,。/cm;v为测定电压,kv;I为通过矿粉层的电流,拌A;F为主电极面积,cmZ;H为矿粉厚度,cm。欲测的样品必须纯净,粒度小于2如m,数量要求5一109。两种测定方法各有优缺点:仪表测量法的优点是快速、准确;缺点是天然矿物粗晶少,难以测量。高压圆盘法影响测定值的因素主要是矿粉层疏松,空隙度大,比电阻数值偏高,故在测量前需进行条件试验,以确定不同粒级矿物的比电阻并加以校正。 (程希翱)
