性质:含碳量低于0.03%的不锈钢,一般指奥氏体不锈钢。不锈钢中的碳含量降低到0.03%以下,即超低碳化,能有效地避免不锈钢出现贫铬区和防止晶间腐蚀敏感性。碳在铁素体不锈钢中的危害更加严重,当大约从927℃;以上快冷时就会沿晶界析出铬的碳化物,形成晶界贫铬区,而在腐蚀环境中容易发生晶间腐蚀,为了避免晶间腐蚀就要求碳含量必须低于0.01%。采用氩氧脱碳精炼法和真空氧脱碳精炼法,都能生产超低碳不锈钢。
