肩不举   证名。肩臂部不能抬举之证。因风湿外袭或外伤、伤损所致。《灵枢·经筋》:“手阳明之筋……其支者,绕肩胛,挟脊;直者,以肩髃上颈。”“其病当所过者,支痛及转筋,肩不举。”《类证治裁》卷六:“阳明脉衰,肩胛筋缓,不举而痛,宜调补络脉。”治以祛风化湿,和血活络,用生芪、白术、当归、防风根、姜黄、桑枝、甘杞子、橘络。并可结合针灸、推拿治疗。参见肩痛条。
