Study of index system and method for follow-up evaluation on expressway construction project

Based on emphasis of strategic environmental assessment of highway network planning, main contents of follow-up evaluation of highway network planning were proposed involving analysis of cooperation with other dominical planning and timely supervision of environment impact from highway network planning.

The newly environmental impact assessment ordinance stipulates posterior evaluation and follow-up evaluation impact.

We proposed to strengthen project construction agency supervision by building tracking assessment system.

Taking the settlement auditing work of urban road widening project in Taiyuan City in 2007 as an example, this paper sums up the experiences and lessons of the tracking assessment on financial investment project, and holds that the leveling and water stabilization before the construction are the emphases of the tracking assessment.

This paper expounds the necessity and important links of the tracking assessment,and points out that the tracking assessment can externalized the function of financial service,save great amount of financial funds,and obtain good effects.

Not only the previous achievements and problems of Hangzhou Brewery cleaner production demonstration project could be shown, but also its further development could be presented by the reviewing assessment and tracing assessment.
