性质:在温度接近或在嗜热范围(49~57℃)内进行的污泥消化,消化温度一般为43~60℃。与中温消化比较,高温消化对病原菌和寄生虫卵杀灭彻底,消化时间短,消化池容量小,产气量多。但高温消化池的隔热要求高,加热费用昂贵,运行管理复杂,且消化处理后的出水水质较差,故一般均采用中温消化处理。
