原料:鲅鱼200克,葱姜末10克,花生油10毫升,食盐、酱油、米醋、芝麻油、香菜末各适量

制作方法:

1.鲅鱼去头和内脏后用白水煮10分钟,捞出晾凉。

2.将鲅鱼去骨刺,撕成碎条。

3.起油锅,下入葱姜蒜末炝锅,再下入鲅鱼丝,煸炒片刻后下入,食盐、酱油、米醋、芝麻油、香菜末,略翻即可。

营养成分:富含优质蛋白质、脂肪、碘、卵磷脂、胡萝卜素、维生素a、b1、b2、d等。

功效:补充钙、铁,健脑益智,增进食欲。

提示:鲅鱼价格便宜,刺较少,除脊骨外,两侧各有两排小刺。
