性质:又称浮雕涂料、喷塑涂料或凹凸花纹涂料(textured coatings)。是一种显现凹凸花纹的多层内墙或外墙用涂料。由底层、主涂层和面涂层(包括罩光层)组成。主涂层通过喷涂,形成厚度为1~5毫米的凹凸(或压平)的花纹,使整个涂膜具有立体质感。依据主涂层所用粘结剂不同,分为(1)聚合物水泥系;(2)硅酸盐系;(3)合成树脂乳胶系;(4)反应固化型合成树脂乳胶系。以合成树脂乳胶系应用最普遍。底涂层即封闭剂是用乳液与适量助剂配成。合成树脂乳胶系涂料用丙烯酸或乙烯系乳液加入颜料、填料及助剂配制而成的厚浆状涂料。面涂层使用平光或有光乳胶漆。分层施工,主涂层采用专用工具喷涂,面涂层可用辊涂或喷涂。
